How much does an office cost?+

Private offices range from $150/mo (64 SF micro suites) up to $700/mo (593 SF largest suite). All-in pricing — no hidden CAM fees or surprise add-ons.

What's included in the rent?+

Utilities, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth keyless entry, building maintenance, trash, and access to shared common areas. You bring your desk and your laptop — we handle the rest.

How long is the lease?+

Flexible licensing agreements, not long commercial leases. Month-to-month and short-term options are available so you can scale up or down without penalty.

Do I need business insurance?+

Yes — a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required before move-in. Don't have one? No problem — we can connect you with a local agent who handles small-business COIs quickly and affordably.

Is there parking?+

Yes — on-street and nearby lot parking are available at 939 W. North Avenue. The North Side is also walkable and bus-accessible from Downtown.

Can I tour before committing?+

Absolutely. After you join the wait list, we'll reach out within 2–3 business days to schedule a walk-through. No pressure, no commitment.
