Tell us about yourself, your business, and the type of space you're looking for. Takes just a few minutes — doors open June 1, and we review every sign-up personally.

Step 2

Application Review

Our team reviews your submission and determines fit. You'll hear back promptly — we respect your time.

Step 3

License Agreement Sent

Once you've chosen your space, we'll send over your License Agreement. Review it, sign it, and you're almost in.

Step 4

Certificate of Insurance

You'll need to provide a Certificate of Insurance before access is granted. Already have coverage? Just send us the certificate. Need insurance? No problem — we'll connect you with our trusted insurance agent to get you set up quickly and affordably.

Step 5 — You're In!

Bluetooth Access Activated 📱

Once everything is signed and your insurance is on file, we'll activate your access. Use the Bluetooth app on your phone to unlock your space any time. No keys, no fobs — just your phone.
